Should there be any injury caused, they (the injured party), or the Operation Dept. will ensure that the police &amp; ambulance is summoned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #808080; text-align: Justify; line-height: 1;\">3. font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">congested\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">areas to <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">en<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">sure that vision is not impaired and have the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">truck <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">helper\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">guide the driver.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">The use of cell phones while operating a vehicle is prohibited.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">It is prohibited to allow passengers to travel in the cargo area of any <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Any cargo must be secured in a manner which prevents it from falling <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">from or shifting on the vehicle when subjected to the forces which would <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">occur with the \u2018performance criteria\u2019.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Cargo must be secured or contained to ensure that it will not leak, spill, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">blow, fall from, fall through, or, otherwise become dislodged from the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">vehicle; or shift within the vehicle to such an extent that the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">vehicles <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">stability is adversely affected.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Drivers who are involved in the collection &amp; removal of hazardous waste <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">material will be advised by the Operations supervisor of the product, its <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">nature, and the consequences if exposed to same and the potential <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">health effects thereafter. They are also advised of the immediate first Aid <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">measures to be taken.
