All employees are contactable by mobile and our supervisors are constantly in
check with them as to their location, should any problem occur where they
need our assistance, we ensure this is given immediately. In case of
accident, minor or otherwise, an investigation is carried out immediately and
reports are made verbally & written.
Every Driver and senior employee posses a mobile phone and monthly
allowances are paid by the Company. This is done as a protective measure
for their safety. In case of any emergency, their phone numbers are posted in
conspicuous locations within our Company premises.
